The zsx efficient birotor classifier Working principle:
1. In the classification room, influenced by strong rotational flow and tangential shearing stress, stuff is dispersed adequately and the distributed materials get through the well-defined classification zone, in the course of which effectiveness of classification can reach very high on account of stable classification condition and enlarged classification space without the interference in classification from the conventional small-size blades;2. The precision fine adjustment is very convenient and easy with a large scope of adjustment, by flexible regulation of the running speed of the principal axis and the ventilation;3. Owing to the turbine-type rotor blades ( twice or thrice as wide as the average blades ) and the tangential velocity ( 3m/s more than that of the average blades ) of the classification current entering the classification room through guiding blades, the output of the open-circuit grinding can be up by 60%--80% and the efficiency of classification can reach more than 85%. Furthermore, the existing turbulent current classifier can be adapted ensuring the efficiency more than 85% and the output up by 25-30% with the present main body structure and the electric motor load unchanged;4. Generally speaking, the efficiency of the ZSX is equivalent to that of efficient vortex flow classifier, with the system assembly cost 50%--80% less than that of vortex flow classifier;5. The unique antisweat structure of the ZSX effectively ensures the classification efficiency uninfluenced by the southern abnormal climates;
